Orders & reservations
Orders and reservations can be done by contacting me directly on Discord (Sempi#6170) or Twitter (@Sempi_033), When contacting me, it is expected that you explain the details of your order and, if possible, provide the completed model art or work in progress of such art as well as the social handles of all involved artists. I have the unrestrained right to deny orders that make me uncomfortable or that I am not confident to work with. Clients accept that by contacting me I cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted.
Delivery
A folder containing the model files will be provided to the client after the work is done and after the client has paid the last invoice. Files will be sent via email, a copy of that file can also be sent via Google Drive link, and/or Discord. I only distribute the moc3 file and other necessary files in order for the model to run in V-Tube Studio and other tracking applications. I do not provide the client the cmo3 source file.
Deadlines
i reserve the right to reject proposed orders if: - Clients have not arranged the projects initial documents properly in preparation to be animated. clients have a short time frame for work to be complete which is less than two months. Regarding making art there can be exceptions however but different client to client.
Workflow
While working on the order, the client will be updated on the progress through videos sent via email or DM’s. The client can request changes based on the work shown in the video up to the 3 days after the video is sent, revisions past the stipulated date will be charged. If the client do not reply to any of my messages while the order is active for 2 months, the order will be cancelled and the initial payment won't be refunded.
As a disclaimer I tend to ask for some creative freedom in portraying the character.
In an attempt of good faith I will always try to implement ideas and suggestions given by the client. However, there might be cases in which I will refuse to do so in order to maintain the integrity of my work.
An example of this would be asking for me to add physics to breasts that should not move nearly as much due to constraints of an Armor or a tight fabric.

By commissioning me you entrust me to carry on with such a task and fully acknowledge that my aesthetic choices will work best for the character.
Upon delivery, the client is granted support for two weeks and is able to ask for up to two minor revisions if needed. Further revisions are charged appropriately per revision and complex revisions may be charged more accordingly.
Additional expressions, animations, outfits, etc. after the model has been delivered will be treated as a separate order. As such, the client is expected to go through a similar process for their commissions.
Refunds
Refunds will NOT be given when:
a. the work has already been delivered;
b. the client has violated any of my terms;
c. the client no longer wishes to work with me throughout the process of working on the order;
d. the client needs the money back for other expenses;
e. the client has been sent updates and access to the work’s progress but did not comment or when they claim to not have seen said progress;
f. the client has untruthfully expressed satisfaction;
g. the client has intentionally upheld negative feedback and suggestions regarding corrections throughout the commission process.

Commercial Usage
All my commissions can be used commercially, meaning the client can use the product for monetization and streaming. The client, however, is expected to comply with their artist’s Usage License and Terms of Service when using their models commercially. Repurposing, redistributing, and or reselling the model is completely forbidden. If you wish to resell your model you are required to contact both me and the artist for permission.
Credit
By accepting this term you will accept crediting me when my product is used. The client can use my social media tags for crediting purposes, with the titles of Rigger, Animation, Papa, Rig Mama etc. (Twitter: @Sempi_033). The final result of the service requested by the client can be used by myself in portfolios for advertising and promotions of my work.
Payment
An order can take up to a maximum of 5 months to be delivered. The deadline can be extended further if:
a. client has upheld feedback and/or not responded, thus delaying the work;
b. payment has been delayed;
c. necessary resources for the progress of the model have not been delivered by the artist when requested.

Additional costs derived from eventual production changes such as– but not exclusively: extended work, higher complexity of work, and delays stemming from the client’s idleness will be charged accordingly at the final billing with further notice. payment is only accepted via pay-pal.
